What you need before you apply
- Business verification completed on the portfolio that owns the number.
- An approved display name that matches the public brand.
- A business Meta already treats as notable: press, a well-known consumer brand, or a clear public footprint in your country. A new shop with a correct license can be verified and still be declined for the tick.
- A clean quality rating and a record of real two-way conversations, not only outbound blasts.
How to request it
- Confirm verification and the display name in WhatsApp Manager.
- Submit the Official Business Account request from WhatsApp Manager if the button is available on your account.
- If the button is missing, contact Best SMS Bulk with the portfolio ID and the evidence of notability (site, news, store locator). We forward what Meta’s partner process allows. We do not approve the tick ourselves.
While you wait, the approved display name already replaces the raw phone number for many users. The tick is an extra trust mark on top of that.
After you have it
Changing the display name sends the brand back through review. Keep template quality high. An Official Business Account can still be limited or removed if customers report the number.
