Where to change it
- Open WhatsApp Manager for the business portfolio that owns the number.
- Go to Phone numbers and select the number.
- Edit the display name and submit it for review.
- You can also set it during Get Started on Best SMS Bulk. Later edits still go through Meta’s review.
Best SMS Bulk cannot approve or force a name. If WhatsApp Manager shows a rejection reason, change the name to match that note and submit again.
Names Meta accepts
- The legal name, or the brand printed on your site, shopfront, and Meta business profile.
- The same spelling as your documents if verification is in another language.
- A clear link to a real business. “Customer Service,” “Offers,” or a city name alone is usually rejected.
Names Meta rejects
- All caps, extra emoji, or a slogan bolted on (“ACME — BEST PRICES”).
- A personal name, unless that person is the trading brand and the documents say so.
- Another company’s trademark.
- A name that does not appear on the website you gave Meta.
After an Official Business Account
If you already have the blue tick, a display-name change is reviewed again. Keep sending on the current approved name until the new one is approved. The tick is tied to the verified brand Meta already accepted.

How long does review take?
Often under a day. Some names sit longer when the website and the business documents disagree. There is no Best SMS Bulk override.
Can I change the name every week?
Meta limits how often a display name can change. Check the counter in WhatsApp Manager before you submit. Plan the public brand once, then edit only when the legal name changes.
The number shows my phone number, not the brand.
That is normal until the display name is approved. An unverified or rejected name falls back to the phone number in the chat header.
