• Not sending promotional messages without explicit consent.

6. Security

Customers must keep account passwords secure and notify us promptly in case of suspected breaches. While we implement robust security measures, we cannot guarantee complete protection against breaches.

7. Message Delivery Disclaimer

Message delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

• Carrier network issues.
• Recipient device availability.
• Blacklist filtering or incorrect recipient numbers.

8. General Business Ethics

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for erroneous charges due to platform errors. SMS credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.

11. TikTok Integration

When you connect TikTok to Best SMS Bulk (Business Messaging, Login Kit, or Content Posting API), you agree to:

• Comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service and applicable developer policies.
• Use TikTok messaging and publishing features only for lawful business communications with appropriate recipient consent.
• Not send spam, misleading content, or prohibited material through TikTok-connected features.
• Maintain control of OAuth authorizations and revoke access when you no longer use the integration.

12. Catalog Management and Access

If you proceed with the onboarding process and enable catalog features, you grant us permission to access your product catalog data (for example: item titles, descriptions, SKUs, images, pricing, and availability) for the following purposes:

• To allow you to include and send catalog items as part of your messaging campaigns.
• To read and display catalog item details in your live chat when a customer sends or selects an item.

Catalog access is limited to providing these features, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and can be revoked at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Feature availability may vary by channel and is subject to each platform’s policies.
