Proxireach S.A.R.L (“we”, “us”) operates www.bestsmsbulk.com, related products (including Best SMS Bulk and BSB OneBox), and associated APIs. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share personal data when you use our website and cloud services.

2. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email, username, company details, billing information, and credentials you provide when registering or logging in.
- Messaging data: chat content, contact identifiers (e.g. phone numbers, social platform user IDs), message metadata (timestamps, delivery status), labels, assignments, and files you send or receive through connected channels (e.g. WhatsApp, TikTok).
- Technical data: IP address, browser or app type, device identifiers, session tokens, access keys, and logs used for security, fraud prevention, and service operation.
- Analytics: usage statistics via Google Analytics and similar tools. You may opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out.
- Cookie data: preferences stored when you accept or manage cookies. See Cookie preferences.
3. How We Use Data
- Provide, maintain, and improve the platform (inbox, automation, reporting, integrations).
- Authenticate users and agents, enforce access controls, and prevent abuse.
- Send service-related notifications (e.g. new messages, calls) when you enable them.
- Publish or schedule content to connected social accounts when you authorize those integrations.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
4. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)
Depending on your region, we process data based on contract performance, legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (e.g. marketing where required), and legal obligation.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, databases, CDN) under contractual safeguards.
- Channel partners you connect (e.g. Meta/WhatsApp, SMS carriers, TikTok) as required to deliver messages or content you initiate.
- Push/notification services (e.g. Firebase Cloud Messaging) when you use mobile or web push.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6. TikTok Integration
When you connect a TikTok account to Best SMS Bulk (including Business Messaging, Login Kit, or Content Posting API features), we process data as follows:
6.1 Data received from TikTok
- Basic profile information (e.g. display name, avatar, open ID) when you authorize scopes such as
user.info.basic.
- OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) to maintain your connection until you disconnect or tokens expire.
- Messaging data for TikTok Business Messaging: conversation IDs, message content, delivery/read status, and media you send or receive.
- Publishing metadata when you use video or photo posting features (e.g. upload status, publish IDs).
6.2 How we use TikTok data
- Display connected account status in your dashboard and marketing hub.
- Send and receive business messages through your unified inbox.
- Publish or schedule posts you explicitly create in our platform.
- Operate webhooks and maintain conversation history for your team.
6.3 TikTok third-party terms
Your use of TikTok features is also subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and TikTok’s Privacy Policy. We access TikTok data only with your authorization and for the purposes described here.
6.4 Disconnecting TikTok
You may disconnect TikTok from your account settings or by revoking app access in your TikTok account. To request deletion of data we store for TikTok integrations, contact support@bestsmsbulk.com or use the deletion options in Section 7.
7. Data Deletion
We provide multiple ways to request deletion of personal data associated with our services, in line with applicable laws and platform policies.
WhatsApp
Facebook (Meta)
- Request deletion via Facebook settings under Apps and Websites. Our app implements Meta’s Data Deletion Callback at
/pro-fb/data-deletion-callback.php.
TikTok and other channels
- Revoke our app in your TikTok account settings, then email support@bestsmsbulk.com to request removal of stored tokens and conversation data.
Scope and timing
- Deletion covers account identifiers and message-related records we control for the relevant channel, except where retention is required by law, fraud prevention, billing, or compliance.
- Most requests are completed within 30 days depending on data type and system constraints.
8. Retention & Security
We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, or dispute purposes. Traffic between your browser or app and our servers uses encryption (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law (e.g. GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, or object to certain processing. Email support@bestsmsbulk.com or privacy@bestsmsbulk.com.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and users who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. BSB OneBox Mobile App (Android & Web)
BSB OneBox is the unified inbox client for Best SMS Bulk live chat (pro-livechat). It is available as a progressive web app (PWA) and as an Android app on Google Play.
11.1 Access keys
Agents sign in with an access key issued by an account administrator. Keys are tied to your organization’s Best SMS Bulk account. Do not share your key.
11.2 Permissions (Android app)
The Android app may request notifications, microphone, camera, photos/media/files, contacts (optional import), and network access only when you use the related feature.
11.3 Data processed in the app
- Login/session data (access key validation, device push token for Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Chat messages and media you send or receive through your organization’s connected channels.
- Locally cached inbox data for faster loading and limited offline viewing.
11.4 Third-party services in the app
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Meta / WhatsApp — when your organization uses WhatsApp messaging, delivery is governed by Meta’s terms and policies.
- TikTok — when connected, messages and account data are handled as described in Section 6.

12. Catalog Management
If you enable catalog features, we may access product catalog data (titles, descriptions, SKUs, images, pricing, availability) to display items in messaging and live chat. Access can be revoked through account settings or by contacting support.
