Need an access key? Access keys are issued to agents on a Best SMS Bulk account. Use the Register or Account tab to create or sign in to your account, then ask your administrator to generate an agent access key in the dashboard.

Keep App Running

To receive notifications and keep chats updated, disable battery optimization for this app.

Disable Battery Optimization

  1. Open Settings on your phone
  2. Go to Apps or Applications
  3. Find and tap BSB OneBox (or your browser)
  4. Tap Battery
  5. Select "Don't optimize" or "Unrestricted"

Samsung Devices (Extra Step)

  1. Go to Settings → Device Care → Battery
  2. Tap App Power Management
  3. Disable "Put unused apps to sleep"
  4. Add this app to "Never sleeping apps"

Xiaomi/MIUI Devices

  1. Go to Settings → Apps → Manage Apps
  2. Find the app and enable "Autostart"
  3. In Battery Saver, set to "No restrictions"

Huawei Devices

  1. Go to Settings → Battery → App Launch
  2. Find the app and disable "Manage Automatically"
  3. Enable all three toggles manually
