Before the first campaign
- Connect the number with the Cloud API quick start or keep the Business app via coexistence. Phone broadcast lists are the wrong tool once you are on the API.
- Collect opt-in that names WhatsApp: a checkout box, a web form, or a customer who messaged you and agreed to offers.
- Submit a marketing template. Say what the offer is, who it is from, and how to stop. Sample values must be realistic.
- Check the messaging limit and start smaller than that cap.
How to send
- Upload the opted-in list as CSV or Excel on the WhatsApp campaign screen.
- Send a slice first. If the quality rating stays green, send the next slice.
- Pause when the rating moves to yellow. A red number does not recover by finishing the file.
- When someone replies, continue the conversation in OneBox inside the service window. The campaign does not replace a human follow-up.
What gets accounts restricted
- Lists scraped from groups, directories, or old SIMs.
- The same offer sent again to people who ignored it.
- A marketing body submitted as a utility template to chase a cheaper category.
- No way for the customer to tell you to stop.
Pricing for marketing messages is Meta’s, by country. Read WhatsApp API pricing before you promise a cost per lead internally.
FAQ
Can I promote on the WhatsApp Business app and the API?
Use templates from Best SMS Bulk for bulk offers. Coexistence limits phone broadcast lists. One channel for campaigns keeps quality and opt-outs in one place.
How many promotions per week are safe?
There is no fixed Meta quota for “posts per week.” Quality is the quota. If people block or ignore you, send less, even if the daily unique-customer cap still has room.
