Create the catalog
- Open Commerce Manager in Meta Business Suite with an admin of the same portfolio as the WhatsApp account.
- Create a catalog and add products: title, price, currency, image, and a link to the product page you control.
- Connect that catalog to the WhatsApp Business Account. WhatsApp Manager shows the link under the account’s catalog settings.
- In Best SMS Bulk, choose the catalog when you insert a product message. The sender loads catalogs from the connected account. If the list is empty, the catalog is not linked to this WhatsApp account yet, or the Facebook user lacks catalog permission.
Send products in a chat
Product messages are still WhatsApp messages. Inside an open service window an agent can send them from the conversation. Outside that window, use an approved template that Meta allows for your catalog. Describe the offer honestly. A catalog is not a way around opt-in or the quality rating.
Keep the feed accurate
- Hide out-of-stock items in Commerce Manager so agents do not sell them in chat.
- Use the same currency customers will be charged.
- Match the website price. A chat price that disagrees with checkout is a complaint and a block.

Can I upload a spreadsheet of products into OneBox?
Maintain products in Meta’s catalog. Best SMS Bulk lists what that catalog already contains. A campaign CSV is for phone numbers, not for the product feed.
Why is my catalog missing in the sender?
Link it to the WhatsApp Business Account, and make sure the system user or Facebook login can view the catalog. Then reload the product picker.
