Security desk

Two-step authentication is now enforced

A password alone is no longer enough. We have turned on two-step authentication for accounts, and it cannot be switched off from your profile. When you sign in from a new place, we send a code to your WhatsApp or email. If someone tries to break into accounts, we block them and keep two-step on.

Please keep a mobile number and email on your profile so the code can reach you. If you cannot get in, contact support — we will help you, but we will not turn two-step off.

Protect your WhatsApp number from bans

WhatsApp — not us — decides whether a number stays active. The safest approach is simple: only message people who asked to hear from you, or who wrote to you first. Watch your quality rating before you send a large campaign. If it turns yellow or red, pause. Buying contact lists or sending the same offer to people who never opted in is how numbers get banned.
